Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will own project execution, manage timelines and budgets, supervise hourly associates, and partner with store leadership to keep work on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis.
• Alternatively 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Survey, supervise hourly team members, and escalate issues as needed.
• Travel to projects across the US and collaborate with store leadership to keep plans on track.
