Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will own project execution, supervise hourly teams, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to stay on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management/space management/store design experience, or 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel across the US to project sites; mileage is reimbursed and overnight stays paid for RPC roles.
