Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.

You will have opportunities to travel to projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards within a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business or related field. 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams. Project Management - Management Professional Certification.

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores; communicate plans, changes and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and special projects across the US on time and within budget.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track.
