Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores/clubs, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strict quality standards.

You will collaborate with store leaders to supervise hourly staff, handle escalations, and keep projects on track, with frequent travel across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year PM/space management/ store design experience OR 3 years PM/space management/ store design experience.
• Master's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1 year experience leading cross-functional teams.
• PM Certification (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and clubs.
• Communicate plans, changes and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members and manage escalations.
• Travel to project sites across the US as needed.
