Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to drive store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will supervise hourly staff, resolve escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Formación

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1 year PM/space management/store design experience or 3 years PM/space management/operations data analysis experience.
• Experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and store remodels or new store openings.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Partner with store leads to supervise hourly team members and escalate effectively.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders and travel to project sites as needed.
