Walmart Realty Execution is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will manage schedules, budgets, and quality while collaborating with store leaders to keep projects on track.

You’ll supervise hourly teams, handle escalations, and travel frequently to project sites. This role emphasizes leadership, planning, and stakeholder communication within Walmart’s nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 1 year of related experience (project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis) OR 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders; partner with leadership to minimize impact on operations.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and develop associates for growth.
