Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on schedule and within budget.

You will travel to projects across the US and help build a culture of internal advancement, with a focus on mentorship, accountability, and meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Influencing others to meet timelines and deliverables on projects; encourage collaboration and teamwork among associates; resolve store leadership, supplier, and associate concerns.
• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores; communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders; understand plans and minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop associates by supervising and mentoring; listen to ideas and concerns; evaluate talent and provide recognition; identify career paths for associates.
