Job summary

Walmart Realty Project Coach is part of the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and high-quality standards.

You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
