Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 1000 miles from home and be away for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
