Job summary

Walmart seeks a Realty Project Coach to lead remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will own project execution, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with store leadership.

This role requires overnight shifts, frequent travel up to 1000 miles, and work from a home store with travel to project sites. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Attends and completes all required trainings and assessments as part of the JD update requirements for associates hired in 2021 or later.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Develop associates by supervising, training, mentoring, and recognizing talent and career paths.
• Influence teams to meet timelines and deliverables and resolve leadership, supplier, and associate concerns.
