Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will own project execution, manage plans and budgets, and partner with store leaders to maintain operations during transitions.

You will supervise hourly associates, handle escalations, and drive associate development. Expect frequent travel and overnight shifts as part of project coverage across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of PM/space/store design experience, or 3 years in these areas.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business.
• Preferred: 1 year leading cross-functional teams.
• PM Certification (PMP) preferred.]
