Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team. You will own store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet top quality standards.

You will supervise hourly staff, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to maintain project momentum. The role requires overnight shifts, frequent travel up to 1000 miles, and frequent away-from-home assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of PM/space management/store design/ops/data analysis experience or 3 years of PM/space management/store design/ops/data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel frequentemente to projects across the US and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
