Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own the execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.

You will supervise hourly team members and coordinate with store leadership while traveling to project sites across the US. Primary duties include project ownership, stakeholder communication, and developing associates, with frequent travel and overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required as a minimum.
• 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 1 year plus leadership exposure.
• Masters in Business and/or Project Management Certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and coordinate with store leadership.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home and stay away 17–21 days as needed.
