This role involves travel and delivering high-quality results. Expect overnight shifts, frequent travel up to 1000 miles, and a strong focus on teamwork, safety, and integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; minimum 1 year of project-related experience or 3 years in project-related area.
• Experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Own the execution of projects across assigned stores, including remodels and new builds, with on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders and supervise hourly team members.
• Travel frequently to project sites; partner with store leadership to ensure quality and safety.
• Develop associates through supervision, training, recognition, and career guidance.
