Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

Travel to projects nationwide will be required. You'll supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management/space management/store design experience, or 3 years in those areas.
• Experience supervising hourly team members and coordinating with store leadership.
• Ability to travel nationwide to support projects.

• Oversee execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Lead and mentor hourly team members; handle escalations and ensure on-time delivery.
