Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Experience in project management, space management, store design, operations or data analysis is required or 3 years in these areas.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of real estate projects and store remodels across assigned markets.
• Communicate plans, changes and obstacles to key stakeholders; minimize impact on store operations.
• Travel to project sites up to 1000 miles and manage project timelines and budgets.
