Job summary

Walmart Realty Execution team is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own store and club remodels, new stores and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with leadership to keep projects on track.

Expect overnight shifts, frequent travel up to 1000 miles, and a role focused on delivering on time and within budget with high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Masters degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Travel across the US to support projects and oversee remodels and new builds.
