Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own the execution of store remodels, new stores, clubs and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly teams, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to stay on schedule and within budget.

Expect frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, with long overnight shifts and a home-store basis. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Or 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores, clubs and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and manage escalations with store leadership.
• Coordinate plans, changes, and obstacles with key stakeholders to minimize impact on store operations.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the US and support multiple states as needed.
