Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and leadership experience across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and travel as needed.
• Influence leaders and supervise hourly team members to meet timelines and budgets.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders and support associates’ development.
