Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new store openings, and special projects across the U.S. You will own project execution, manage budgets, and collaborate with store leaders to keep operations on track.

The role requires overnight shifts, frequent travel, and hands-on leadership of hourly teams, with development opportunities within Walmart’s growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design or related area.
• Masters degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Must attend and complete job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders and store leadership.
• Develop associates by mentoring, training, and providing growth opportunities.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home and be away 80% of the time when required.
