Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will own project execution, oversee hourly teams, manage escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to meet timelines and budgets.

Expect overnight shifts and frequent travel (up to 1000 miles). The role emphasizes leadership development, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Experience in space management, store design, operations, or data analysis.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores (remodels, new stores/clubs, special projects).
• Supervise hourly associates and coordinate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home for project work and in-home base with mileage reimbursements.
