Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while supervising hourly teams and coordinating with store leadership. Frequent travel and overnight shifts are required.

The role offers exposure to high-impact projects and advancement opportunities within Walmart’s internal career pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Or 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores including remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders to minimize impact on store operations.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership.
• Travel frequently up to 1000 miles from home to support projects.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
