Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for the US. You will own remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You’ll supervise hourly staff, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain project momentum.

This role requires frequent travel, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a focus on high-quality results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience with remodeling, space management, or store design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel to projects across the US; communicate plans and changes to stakeholders; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
