Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own store and club remodels, new store projects, and special initiatives across the United States. You will ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while supervising hourly team members and collaborating with store leadership.

Expected travel up to 1000 miles from home, overnight stays, and primarily overnight shifts. The role offers competitive pay and performance-based bonuses as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years in those areas.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with store leadership to minimize impact on operations.
• Mentor and develop associates; supervise hourly team members.
