Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. The role requires driving projects on time and within budget while coordinating with store leadership to ensure quality and minimal disruption.

Expect substantial travel and overnight stays as part of project deployments. You will supervise hourly team members, mentor associates, and foster cross-functional teamwork to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 1 year of PM/space design/operations data analysis experience OR 3 years of PM/space design/operations data analysis experience.
• Associates will attend required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Masters degree and Project Management certification are preferred for enhanced qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores, and special projects in assigned markets.
• Lead hourly teams, manage escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to minimize operational impact.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home; 80% of time away from home; overnight stays paid for RPC roles.
