Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You will lead hourly associates, handle escalations, and work with store leadership to keep projects on track, with opportunities to travel nationwide. The role emphasizes project ownership, team development, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in these areas.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores/clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
• Travel to projects across the US as needed and manage budgets and timelines.

Education
