Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Overnight shifts and frequent travel are expected, with mileage reimbursement for RPC roles. You will partner with store teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding Walmart's quality standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Experience with remodels or store design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations while partnering with store leadership.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders to minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop and mentor associates, provide supervision and development opportunities, and recognize performance.
• Travel across the US to project sites with overnight stays and mileage reimbursement as required.
