Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year PM/space/store design/operations/data analysis experience, or 3 years in these areas.
• Overnight shifts and frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home are expected to support projects.

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly associates, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
