Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You’ll own project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality while coordinating with store leaders and supervising hourly staff.

Travel up to 1000 miles from home is expected, with stays paid for RPC roles. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of project-management experience, or 3 years of relevant

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track across the US.
• Travel frequently to project sites with travel as required.
