Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team across the United States. You will own remodels, new stores, and special projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top quality.

You will supervise hourly staff, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to maintain project timelines. Expect overnight shifts and frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home; await project workload.
