Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes project ownership, proactive planning, and developing associates, with overnight shifts and extensive travel up to 1000 miles from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or 3 years in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsabilités

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores; communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise and develop associates; provide guidance, mentorship, and recognition; identify career paths.
• Influence team to meet timelines and deliverables; encourage collaboration and resolve escalations.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home; frequent travel up to 80% of the time and 17–21 days away per trip.
