Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team. You will own project delivery for store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will supervise hourly associates, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to maintain project momentum. Occasional travel across the US is required; overnight shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders. Understand plans and minimize impact on store operations.
• Supervise hourly team members and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel to projects across the US and help deliver remodels, new stores, and special projects on time and within budget.
