Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own remodeling projects, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track. Frequent nationwide travel is required, with overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management - Management Professional Certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home; be away 80% of the time; overnight stays may be required.
• Attend trainings and assessments as part of role requirements.
