Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track while traveling frequently to project sites. This role offers clear career paths within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required or 3 years of related experience.
• 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations or data analysis, or 3 years of experience in these areas.
• Preferred: Master’s degree and PM certification.
