Job summary

Walmart US Realty Execution team seeks a Realty Project Coach to own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion and top-quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and work with store leadership to keep projects on track. Expect overnight shifts and extensive US travel to support projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• Masters: Business; PM Certification considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members; provide development and mentorship.
• Collaborate with store leadership to minimize impact on store operations.
• Travel across the US to support projects.
