Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and top-notch quality.

You will supervise hourly staff, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track. The role involves frequent travel (up to 1000 miles) and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis experience.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with store teams, leadership, suppliers, and associates; supervise hourly staff and address escalations.
• Travel to projects across the US; communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders; develop associates.
