Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States, partnering with store leads to supervise hourly teams and manage escalations.

You will travel frequently to project sites across the US, work primarily overnight shifts, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track while promoting development of associates and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years total experience as above.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
• Travel to project sites nationwide and coordinate with store teams and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and drive safe, efficient project delivery.
