You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Frequent travel is required, with mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of relevant experience.
• OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and clubs.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track and within budget.
