Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time completion within budget and to high quality standards.

You will work with store leadership, supervise hourly teams, and resolve escalations while traveling across the US as needed. Roles emphasize leadership, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Or 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master's degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
