Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Reality Capture Manager to lead the enterprise-wide adoption of cutting-edge reality capture technologies. You will own the data lifecycle from field capture planning to processing insights that drive smarter decisions across construction projects.

You will mentor a 3–5 person team, ensure data accuracy with QC protocols, and evaluate new tools like NavVis, FARO, Leica Cyclone, DroneDeploy, and OpenSpace to advance our digital twin capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in BIM/VDC, surveying, or geospatial data management.
• Hands-on with 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry, and LiDAR.
• Experience with listed scanners and reality capture software.
• Ability to read construction documents and coordination with BIM teams.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide SOPs for reality capture.
• Mentor 3–5 Associates in laser scanning and data processing.
• Establish QC protocols ensuring data accuracy.
• Evaluate and build business cases for new tech adoption.
• Manage toolkit and coordinate with BIM teams to align with models.
• Transform raw scan data into actionable project insights.
