Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a Reality Capture Manager in the US to lead and mature the firm's reality capture capabilities, including laser scanning, drone services, photogrammetry, and scan-to-BIM. You will drive quality, schedule, and technology strategy across design and construction workflows.

You will manage internal teams and external partners, develop scalable capture packages, and advance digital twin initiatives while collaborating with project managers and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on reality capture/laser scanning in AEC.
• Experience with major terrestrial laser scanners.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows with Revit/AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with drone photogrammetry and image hosting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead reality capture within design and construction services.
• Manage laser scanning, drone services, photogrammetry, and scan-to BIM deliverables.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for capture projects.
• Develop scalable workflows and best practices; manage subcontractors as needed.
