Job summary

BW Design Group seeks a Reality Capture Manager to lead the firm’s reality capture capabilities across design and construction services. You will manage laser scanning, drone mapping, photogrammetry, and scan-to-BIM deliverables to ensure accurate existing conditions data feeds design packages.

You’ll partner with project teams and leaders to drive adoption, develop scalable workflows, and mentor a growing team of specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in reality capture or geospatial services in AEC.
• Experience with laser scanning platforms and point cloud software.
• Ability to scope and price professional services engagements.
• Valid driver's license with 30–40% travel availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all reality capture projects from planning through final delivery.
• Develop workflows and standards to maximize productivity and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor Reality Capture Specialists and Technicians.
• Grow the internal capture service offering and partnerships.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate capture data into design packages.
