Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Reality Capture Manager to lead the enterprise-wide adoption of cutting-edge reality capture technologies and transform how we see, measure, and understand project sites. You will own the data lifecycle from planning to processing, delivering precise digital documentation that differentiates HITT.

You will mentor a small team, evaluate new tools, and collaborate with BIM/Operations to drive smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in BIM/VDC, surveying, or geospatial data management roles.
• Hands-on experience with 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry, and LiDAR technologies.
• Proficiency with ReCap Pro, FARO Scene, Leica Cyclone, NavVis, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and design communications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CM/Engineering/Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide SOPs for reality capture and set industry benchmarks.
• Mentor 3–5 associates in laser scanning, data processing, and new workflows.
• Evaluate emerging tech and build business cases for adoption across projects.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordination and Operations teams to align reality capture with models and requirements.
• Manage equipment inventory and vendor relationships; present value propositions to clients.
