Job summary

Upgrade Resources seeks a Reality Capture Manager to lead the enterprise adoption of reality capture tech across projects. You will own the data lifecycle from field capture to deliverables, mentor a small team, and partner with operations to drive value on job sites nationwide.

The role is field-heavy (50-75% travel) with a hybrid schedule in Falls Church, VA, and requires a BIM/VDC or geospatial background, plus experience with laser scanning and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction/engineering field.
• 5+ years in BIM/VDC, surveying, or geospatial data management.
• Hands-on with 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry, LiDAR.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide adoption of reality capture technologies across all construction phases.
• Own data lifecycle from field capture planning to processing and delivering insights.
• Mentor 3-5 Reality Capture Associates on scanning, processing, and workflows.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for reality capture.
• Provide training and support to project teams.
