You will be the primary technical contact, guiding deployments, migrations, and architectural changes to maximize value from real-time data platforms. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in technical client-facing roles, strong knowledge of real-time feeds, cloud environments (AWS), and familiarity with Refinitiv/Bloomberg.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical client-facing role within financial services, data tech, or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of real-time data delivery, client connectivity, entitlement frameworks, and data workflows.
• Experience supporting enterprise clients in cloud or hybrid environments (AWS).
• Familiarity with market data technologies (Refinitiv, Bloomberg).
• Scripting or diagnostics skills (Python, SQL) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for Real-Time clients.
• Guide migrations, cloud adoption, and architectural changes.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver customized solutions.
• Advise on roadmap enhancements and provide client feedback.
