This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for supporting some of FactSet's most sophisticated institutional clients.As a Lead Solution Specialist, you are a trusted technical and strategic partner across onboarding, integration, service optimization, and long-term relationship management for clients leveraging FactSet's real-time data and infrastructure offerings. Lead Solution Specialists are trusted advisors responsible for driving the long-term success of enterprise clients by ensuring optimal use, stability, and evolution of the products and services they rely on. This role combines technical depth, relationship management, and business acumen.
