Job summary

ORNL Federal Credit Union is seeking a Faster Payment Coordinator to oversee real-time payments processing from RTP, FedNow, and Stablecoin. You will monitor systems, resolve exceptions, and support risk management while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in member/customer service within a financial institution, familiarity with payment networks, and the ability to obtain AFPP or FPP certification within two years.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
• Ability to obtain AFPP or FPP certification within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time payments across systems to meet SLAs and compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies, denials, and reversals; respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide operational insights.
• Review vouchers, reports, and settlements for posting accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
