Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with two-way audio/video communications and rapid decision-making. You will guide live interactions with monitored sites, escalating and resolving incidents while maintaining clear communication with customers and emergency services.

This role offers substantial responsibility within a fast-paced security operations environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening and observation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security events from a centralized operations center.
• Respond to alarms and incidents with clear, authoritative communication.
• Coordinate with customers and emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate incident records and documentation.
• Assist in de-escalation and real-time decision-making during incidents.
