Interface Systems, LLC is seeking an iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, verify alarms, and communicate with monitored sites using two-way audio/video systems. The role emphasizes rapid decision-making, incident resolution, and customer interactions within a 24/7 security operations center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills for understanding customer needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during business openings and closings.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries; document interactions.
• Monitor and respond to alarm signals and verify their validity.
• Provide clear dispatch and life safety communications to emergency personnel.
• Handle real-time incidents with de-escalation and decisive action.
• Generate detailed incident reports and ensure follow-up.
