Job summary

Interface Systems, LLC is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to monitor security events in real time, manage two-way audio/video communications, and coordinate with customers and emergency services. The role demands rapid decision-making and clear communication in a 24/7 ISC environment, with multiple differential pay aspects and on-site office work in Saint Louis.

Responsibilities include alarm validation, live incident management, and comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening to understand customer needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and dispatch to emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
• Handle real-time live audio interactions to intervene during incidents.
